PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT FUNFEST EVENT INFORMATION BEFORE SIGNING AGREEMENT.  
In an effort to offer diverse menu options and to set every food truck for success we will not accept food trucks with similar menus. Please include your menu items in the application for the staff to review.
Upon receipt of completed application and full payment, we will contact you with further details about FunFest.


Event Cancellation – Should any contingency prevent holding FunFest, the Adams County Library System shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the Food Truck other than the cost for the space.

Cancellation – If your food truck must cancel its space for good and sufficient reasons, and written notice of such cancellation is delivered to Adams County Library by Friday, May 31, 2024, you shall receive a full refund of any event fees paid. If cancellation occurs after May 31st, the event fee is non-refundable.
