Join Miss Jess for Toddler Story Time! We'll have fun and encourage early literacy through stories, songs, movement, and more!

On the first and third Thursdays of each month, bring your machine and current project. This group gets together to work on charity quilts as well as personal projects. Beginners welcome.

We hope to engage our readers by offering books with a variety of story lines, genres, pacing, characters, and moods. Mostly we read fiction, but may include a nonfiction title over the course of the year.

Join us for an interactive imaginary tour through several Polynesian islands as Meki’s Tamure Polynesian Arts Group presents dances to live music and drumming from islands such as Tahiti, Hawaii and New Zealand.

For Adults and Teens. Drop in and try a sparkly diamond painting project. Bring your own, or a kit will be provided for your first session. Easy to learn and hard to stop. Join the addictive trend!

This program is a judgment-free space for creative writers to share their works and writing experiences. Come to this group to grow your writing skills, inspire others and encourage each other! 

Teens and adults.

Teens ages 12-18 can come in for an evening of different STEAM activities. Each month will be a different activity! Supplies will be provided. Registration Required.

Children ages 8-14 are invited to try their hand at puppetry. At each session, participants will practice acting out a short script with puppets.

The SMRR connected Carlisle to Pine Grove Furnace in Cumberland County. Constructed 1868-1869, this line was associated with the Cumberland Valley RR as well as the business interests of Jay Cooke, owner of Pine Grove Ironworks.
