Feeling overwhelmed and a little stressed? Take a break and explore mindful meditation through different types of sound. We will explore techniques to be mindful of the sensations that occur through sound in activities like chanting, bowl singing, and binaural beats. Bring a yoga mat or blanket as we will end the session with a guided meditation.
