The Friends of the Adams County Library System is run by a group of residents who love their library. They contribute time, expertise, and experience to raising money to support the library's programs. Friends have been part of the library since 1959!

The Friends raise money through membership dues, the Friends Bookstore, various fundraising events, and an annual Summer Book Sale are some of the ways the group raises money. Funds go directly to the Library System to purchase additional copies of bestsellers, provide story times for children, and bring interesting speakers to your community.

About one quarter of the funds raised come from membership dues.

We need your help again this year.

• Your donations are tax-deductible
• Friends receive a 20% discount at the Friends Book Store.
• Contributions received after October 31 are considered as a membership for the following year.
