Author Laurie Carmody will be here to share her book Big Truck Playdate.  This is a delightful story about a boy named Corey who loves trucks.

Join the talented Hannah of Owlfeathers Watercolor, who has been painting for over 10 years, for a summer-themed watercolor painting class! Participants will paint an arrangement of sunflowers in a vase using watercolor.

Pick up a scavenger hunt checklist at the children’s desk in June to take with you on your adventures. Snap a picture of the coolest example you can find for each of the categories on the list.

Play and maybe discover a new fantasy board game.  Bring your friends and feel free to bring your own game.

After listening to the book “Everything You Need for a Treehouse”, our young engineers will find inspiration in designing and building their own treehouses out of recycled materials.
