This is a very active and interactive storytime for children age 0-2 years with an adult.

We will hear stories and learn new songs and rhymes.

We’ll meet at the High Street entrance of the Gettysburg Library.  As we walk, we’ll talk about the books that we’re currently reading and our favorite authors.  The walk will generally last  45 minutes to an hour and a half.

If you knit or crochet, join us with a project you are currently working on.

We enjoy sitting and crafting together.  Most of the items we create are given away to charity organizations.

This is a drop-in knitting time for knitters of all levels. Don’t know how to knit? Stop by and learn. Conversation and creativity abound.

This class will help you learn and understand ways to safely and humanely interact with dogs and ways you can help all the animals at the Adams County SPCA!  We hope you’ll join us for a fun-filled, learning experience!

This fabulous fall event will be held outside at the Children of Gettysburg 1863 museum.  There will be vintage games and activities for an afternoon of fall family fun!

Continue the competitive league play from the summer and earn points to propel yourself to the top spot!

Create teams or join an existing one to compete in virtual events like volleyball and doubles tennis. Registration is preferred.

This program will be chosen by the Teen advisory board and all teens are welcome to attend.

Come to the library to practice your reading skills and read to a therapy dog.  A therapy dog with KPETS (Keystone Pet Enhanced Therapy Services) will be here at the library for you to read with.
