Join us for 30 minutes of exercise and discussion of your latest and greatest reads!  Wear comfy shoes and meet us at the library porch every Friday morning, June 17 through August 26.

This storytime is for children 0-2 with an adult.  On this day we will hear short stories and learn new songs and fingerplays, which we will all sing together.  We will use shaky eggs and the parachute each week, with time at the end of

We’ll meet at the High Street entrance of the Gettysburg Library.  As we walk, we’ll talk about the books that we’re currently reading and our favorite authors.  The walk will generally last  45 minutes to an hour and a half.

Stories, songs, and a craft for toddlers and preschoolers 3-5 years old.

We are taking story time around town! Be on the lookout whether story time that day will be at the New Oxford Post Office at 4 Center Square, New Oxford, PA 17350 or at the library!

Miss Sherry of the Trone Memorial Library will be in a different location each week with a fun Ocean theme storytime. Bring your own beach towel or a lawn chair to sit on. For pre-school and elementary age children.

This is a drop-in knitting time for knitters of all levels. Don’t know how to knit? Stop by and learn. Conversation and creativity abound.

On these days elementary age children will be partnered with a teenager and as a team they will dive into hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math activities, creating solutions to challenges.  This is for children in Kindergar

Lego Club is for Lego lovers of all ages.

Each week there will be a specific and different challenge with time at the end to just be creative.

Come to the library to meet the scaly, furry, and feather friends that call Strawberry Hill home. This will be a fun and educational program about animals.

This event will be put together and run by the Teen advisory board and all teens are welcome to attend.
