Children ages 3-5 are invited to a storytime that will prepare them for kindergarten by practicing pre-academic skills (letters, numbers, calendar, and fine motor skills) through books and activities. 

Ages: 4–12

Lots and lots of LEGO bricks. Free play with optional fun challenges!

Children of all ages are invited to come to the library for a stuffed animal friendly storytime.  Then kids' stuffed animals are invited to spend the night at the library.

Sign up for a 15-minute session with a sweet, furry friend! Practice reading to a KPETS therapy dog.

Ages 5-12

Children who are homeschooled are invited to join us on these afternoons for stories, STEAM activities, and fun.  

Our February program will be reverse art Valentine cards.

Join us for books, songs, fingerplays and activities with other babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Each week will have a new theme that encourages early literacy!

Sign up for a 15 minute time slot to practice reading to a Therapy dog. This program is for children who love dogs and want to practice their reading.

Watch your artwork - a flower, a rainbow, or a cute animal face - come to life by brushing water onto a sponge canvas and watching it puff right before your eyes. Draw from provided artwork and/or create your own.

Are you a gamer looking for a relaxing afternoon? Join us at the library to explore new games, race your friends, practice your aim, and much more. Held in the Teen Center. Adults Welcome.
