Dr. Holoviak is a retired professor of Penn State University, Mont Alto. He has authored six spy adventure novels, all fictionalized dramas based on facts, written under the pen name JTS Brown.

Rhea Brandenburg, co-owner of Brandenburg & Stein Funeral Parlor and Two Taverns Cemetery, will discuss eco-friendly alternatives to traditional funerals, with a focus on green burial and its meaningful, sustainable approach to honoring a life

On the first and third Thursdays of each month, bring your machine and current project. This group gets together to work on charity quilts as well as personal projects. Beginners welcome.

We hope to engage our readers by offering books with a variety of story lines, genres, pacing, characters, and moods. Mostly we read fiction, but may include a nonfiction title over the course of the year.
