Yoga has extensive health benefits. 

It is calming as well as strengthening, and can help you function better in every aspect of your life—physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

Learn how to strengthen feet & ankles, cultivate a healthy lumbar curve, create strong legs by transmitting force, and experience deep rest through breathing and meditative exercises. 

Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel and drinking water to the class.

Ages 16 and up.  Registration required.
