Come to the library's open house star party for a night of family fun at the Carroll Valley Park! 

The Tristate Astronomers, a group of amateur astronomers from Hagerstown, Maryland, will be bringing telescopes to the park and sharing their knowledge about the ageless wonders of the night sky.
