Mindful Meditation: Movement

Feeling overwhelmed and a little stressed?  Take a break and explore mindful meditation through different types of movement.  We will explore techniques to be mindful of the sensations that occur during movement in activities like T’ai chi, yoga, and dance. Bring a yoga mat or blanket as we will end the session with a guided meditation.
