Mindful Meditation

Feeling overwhelmed with the hustle and bustle of the season?  Take a break and come to Mindful Meditation.  We will explore techniques to relax and become more mindful in our everyday lives. Bring a yoga mat or blanket as we will end the session with a guided meditation.
