Healthy Adams County’s End of Life Committee invites you to become part of an important conversation about preparing throughout life, for end of life. Join us for a free community film screening of the documentary, “Consider the Conversation: A Documentary on a Taboo Subject.” After the film there will be a panel discussion that will be led by local experts who represent home care, hospice, funeral planning, and palliative care. Refreshments will be provided.
