Description

Are you the best cupcake decorator in the county? Come on down to the Carroll Valley Library to show off your skills. 

During this competition, you will be decorating cupcakes for a chance at a prize. 

The winner will be selected by local judges. The winners then go on to have the final round of the competition at the Gettysburg library during the first week of August. 

Ages 8-17.  Registration required.
