Poet-Pastor and graduate of Gettysburg's United Lutheran Seminary, former York Poet Laureate, Carla Christopher joins us to read from her forthcoming book, Slave Catechism. Carla's poems turn historical figures and adventures of the underground railroad into storytelling lyrics that inspire and educate. Each poem is based on a real place and a true story. Come engage with the history of Gettysburg and the surrounding regions in ways you will remember and delight in for years to come.
