Frankenreads an international celebration of the 200th anniversary of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, organized by the Keats-Shelley Association of America.

In honor of this 200th Anniversary the Gettysburg library will be showing all day the first motion picture adaptation of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. This film was made in 1910 by Edison Studios and written and directed by J. Searle Dawley.   

Stop in throughout the day from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. to view this short film adaptation and share in the celebration of Mary Shelley’s masterpiece!
