Description

Are you the best cupcake decorator in the county? Come on down to your local branch to show off your skills. During this competition, you will be decorating cupcakes for a chance at a prize. The winner will be selected by a local judge.

The winners then go on to have the final round of the competition at the Gettysburg library on August 1st at 4:00 PM for the finals! Ages 8-17.
