If you’re in Gettysburg during the week of April 23rd, you’ll probably notice a great deal of activity around the Gettysburg Library. Grime Solutions will be arriving at the library on Monday, April 23rd to start a week-long process of power washing the library building.
This is the schedule of the work that will be completed during the week.
- Monday, April 23rd: Grime Solutions arrives and begins work.
- Tuesday, April 24th: Work continues on the High Street side of the building.
- The High Street entrance will be closed.
- Wednesday, April 25th: Work continues on the driveway/garage/parking lot side of the building.
- The driveway and parking lot will be closed.
- Thursday, April 26th: Work continues around to the front of the building.
- The library will open at noon.
- Friday, April 27th: Work completes.
We understand that this will cause some difficulties for some members of our community. If there is something in particular that you’re looking for and the work on the Gettysburg Library makes it too difficult for you visit us here in Gettysburg, don’t hesitate to visit one of the other libraries in the system. It might be the perfect time to stop in to one of our branches and see what they offer.
