Play K is a six session series that uses play to help preschoolers ages 4 & 5 develop the skills they need in Kindergarten. Plan to come to all if you can!

Session #1 June 14 "All Aboard!" Explore the theme of transportation together through books, puzzles and games.

Session #2 June 21 "A Home for Me and a Home for You" Using puppets, a rhyming game and a house building center you'll learn about the different kinds of houses where people live in a community.

Session #3 June 28 "Let's Go Shopping" uses a grocery store theme to teach preschoolers how money relates to the purchase of goods and services.

Session #4 July 12 "All Around Town" Interactively explore the theme of community and citizenship by meeting the different people who live and work in a community through play.

Session #5 July 19 "Amazing Animals-Pets" Does you preschooler love animals? Use puzzles and games to teach children what pets need to live and grow.

Session #6 July 26 "My Colorful World" Explore how colors help us describe objects we see every day.
