Adams County Reads One Book was developed to promote literacy and engage all members of our community in a lively, intellectual conversation based on our shared reading experience.
The library ensures that there are multiple copies of the selected title available in multiple formats that include paperback, large print, and audio books.
We announce the title of the selected book in July and hold programs throughout the month of September. Programs range from book discussions, lectures and film screenings that are held throughout the community. All programs are free and open to everyone in the community.
