If you are using the 3M Cloud Library iOS App on a device running iOS 7, you may experience the 3M Could LIbrary iOS App freezing after you check out a new ebook. This error is happening because the ebook has not been fully downloaded when you push the app to the background (switching to another app) or closing the ebook.
If you experience this issue, you will need to reset your device by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Once the device is restarted, you will be able to access the ebook in the 3M Cloud Library without any further issues.
3M is working on a fix to resolve this issue. We will let you know as soon as the fix is available to be downloaded.
